The business

Personal service is the starting point.

Simple Cargo’s boutique approach centres on customer fit, trusted suppliers and quick decisions. Lantrok brings more than two decades of air-cargo experience to that approach.

For a cargo team, every request carries more than a route and a weight. There is a customer waiting for an answer, a choice of suppliers and a movement to arrange. The value of software is in helping people work through those details and keep the conversation moving.

Grow the business. Stay close to the customer.

Simple Cargo has grown from a small brokerage into a broader GSA operation, keeping personal relationships central.

More enquiries bring more quotes, bookings, documents and charges. ONE keeps that information together as the work moves between sales, operations and finance. A won quote becomes a shipment with its customer, cargo, route and charges already there, giving the next person a useful place to start.

Reliability is built on relationships.

Reliable airline, handling and trucking partnerships shape Simple Cargo’s service. Knowing the right people matters when a shipment needs attention.

The software needs to support those conversations. In ONE, supplier offers help build the customer quote. The accepted quote carries into the shipment, where linked mail, documents, flight and road legs stay with the cargo. Your team can act on the information it has, with the customer’s movement in view.

The FreightSpark partnership

From the inbox to the cargo operation.

The collaboration began with email and quotations. It developed into a broader cargo system, shaped with input from the people doing the work.

That starting point remains easy to recognise in ONE today. An incoming RFQ gives the sales team the customer request and cargo details. AI prepares the route, pieces, weight, volume and dates for review. Your team checks the information and starts pricing beside the original email.

The same workflow brings buy rates, supplier offers, customer charges and expected margin into the quote. When the quote is won, the team can create the shipment in one action. Customer and cargo details carry forward with the charges, ready for the work that follows.

Inside ONE: the request and the quote, side by side.

Gert-Jan Lantrok on AI

AI as a right hand.

“We use the AI as our right hand.”

Gert-Jan Lantrok, Simple Cargo · Business Enquirer

Simple Cargo sees AI as support for an experienced team, making more room for customer relationships.

In ONE, that support starts with the information arriving in the business. RFQ emails become reviewable cargo details. Master Air Waybills provide structured shipment information. Supplier invoices provide references and costs for finance to review and match.

The team can keep working from the original request or document, check what has been prepared and carry it into the next task. Pricing decisions, customer conversations and shipment arrangements stay in the team’s hands.

For your cargo team

Keep your expertise at the centre of the work.

Knowing which supplier to call, how to price a movement and how to help a customer are everyday cargo skills. ONE gives those decisions a working home: requests and quotes in sales, flights and shipments in operations, road transport in planning and shipment revenue in finance.

Start the demo with the work your team wants to make simpler. We can follow a customer request through pricing, shipment creation and invoicing, showing how the information stays available at each step.
