Why we started
Cargo expertise deserves more room.
A cargo team has customers to look after, capacity to sell and departures to prepare. When plans change, people need to make decisions and keep the work moving. Their experience matters.
Alongside that work comes the routine preparation: entering cargo details, gathering documents, assembling departure lists and getting charges ready for invoicing. Much of it uses information the team has already handled.
We started FreightSpark with a simple belief: software should take care of more of that recurring work. The whole working day should feel easier, with a clear interface, fewer steps and information ready when it is needed.
That belief is why we built ONE.
What our mission means
More time for the work that needs you.
Taking the robot out of the human means letting software carry more of the repetitive work, so people can spend their attention on customers, exceptions and decisions. It shapes how we design the interface, how many steps a task takes and where automation helps.
We built ONE to bring sales, operations and finance together. An accepted quote can become a shipment with its details carried forward. Departure paperwork can use cargo already assigned to the flight. Finance can review an invoice draft with shipment charges already filled in.
AI belongs inside that same work. It helps prepare information from customer requests, Master Air Waybills and supplier invoices for people to check. Our ambition is to keep making recurring tasks simpler across the business, while cargo expertise and judgement stay with the people doing the job.
